Lead Flutter & Cross-Platform Architect
We are looking for an exceptional Lead Flutter Architect to spearhead high-profile mobile apps for top-tier startups. You will define cross-platform architecture, set code standards, and mentor senior mobile engineers.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect enterprise-grade Flutter applications with clean, decoupled architecture (Bloc/Clean Architecture).
- Optimize mobile rendering pipelines, memory allocation, and battery efficiency across iOS and Android.
- Build custom C++/Objective-C/Kotlin platform channels for bespoke hardware integrations.
- Lead sprint planning, conduct high-standard code reviews, and pair-program on complex engineering challenges.
- Collaborate directly with product founders and UI/UX designers to translate Figma design systems into fluid reality.
Requirements & Technical Mastery
- 6+ years of total mobile engineering experience, with 4+ years dedicated to production Flutter apps.
- Published at least 3 high-volume apps on both App Store and Google Play with stellar ratings.
- Deep mastery of Dart, asynchronous streams, Isolates, and memory profiling tools.
- Solid working knowledge of native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) development environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in asynchronous remote environments.
