Key Responsibilities
- Create high-fidelity design systems, interactive prototypes, and token specs in Figma.
- Design cutting-edge modern UI aesthetics with depth, elevation, and tactile interactive polish.
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure 100% design fidelity in production code.
- Lead usability testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) audits.
Requirements & Technical Mastery
- 6+ years of UI/UX design experience for SaaS, Mobile, or Web3 products.
- World-class portfolio demonstrating modern dark mode, glassmorphism, and micro-animations.
- Mastery of Figma, component variants, auto-layout, and interactive prototyping.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and animation principles (timing curves, spring physics).
